| PROSOFT
provides a full spectrum of training products and
services, including job/task and training requirements
analysis, Human
Performance Improvement (HPI), Instructional Systems
Design (ISD), Interactive Multimedia Instruction
(IMI) courseware design and
development, Distributed Learning program implementation,
train-the-trainer, mobile training team instruction,
and training effectiveness
evaluation and assessment. In support of the Army’s
Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM), our personnel
have been involved
in the steady migration of training from traditional
classroom to distributed learning via video teletraining
to asynchronous instruction using IMI and web-based
training. Our Training Developers provide functional
analysis and training for the Army Training Information
Architecture (ATIA). |
