JWARS User Training

JWARS User Training is presented during a week-long (40 hrs) course. A small instructor-to-student ratio, with an emphasis on "hands-on" operation, and pre-training interview between instructor and student, ensures the training focus fits student's organizational objectives.

Training will provide students with an understanding of, and experience with:

• What JWARS is - architecture, capability domains (air/space, land, maritime, SOF, TBMD, WMD, communications, C3, ISR, transportation and logistics), and applications
• How to organize a JWARS study, analysis, or exercise (including JWARS documentation and audit capabilities)
• How to modify a scenario and how to collaborate on scenario development
• Execution and analysis of scenarios

Dynamics of Video teleconferencing (40 Hours)

The Dynamics of Video Teleconferencing Course is a forty-hour course that focuses on the basic equipment and personnel functions required for a successful video teleconference (VTC). The course is taught in a VTC equipped room and uses two instructors.

Standard Army Training (1 week)

The Standard Army Training System (SATS) is doctrinally supported by FM 7-0, Training the Force, and FM 25-101, Battle Focused Training. It is a 40 hour course of instruction producing trained SATS Operators. SATS is the automation tool of choice specified in Army Regulation 350-1, Army Training and Education, dated 09 April 2003. Unit commanders will use SATS to manage their training program. Successful course completion by uniformed members provides four promotion points.

This course can be increased to two week classes and taught CONUS and OCONUS with an increase in price.
